I am working with a client who is seeking for an enthusiastic, committed and knowledgeable practitioner to join their growing nursery. They have several branches and there is room to career progress!
Skills needed:
Excellent communication skills and problem solving
Inspire, motivate and lead a team
Ability to multi-task and meet deadline
Exceptional organisational skills
Duties include;
Planning, leading and implementing the the Early Years Foundation Stage
Providing a unique experience for the children that is interactive, fun and warm
Building strong parent relationships
Upholding the implementing the nursery policies and procedures
Safeguarding children at all times
To succeed in this role, you will need:
An ability to work in a team
Commitment and passion
To enjoy working to the highest of standards
Candidates must be qualified NVQ level 3 or above
Benefits:
£100 for 100% attendance each term
1 additional annual leave day added for every year you work
Performance related pay (its up to you!)
In-house & external training paid for

Please note this is a part time vacancy- working Monday-Friday 12.30am-3.30pm.
Please note: We undertake safeguarding checks on all our workers in accordance with the DfE statutory guidance 'Keeping Children Safe in Education'. As part of these checks, we require a current Enhanced DBS Disclosure for everyone working in schools. If you do not have a valid subscription to the DBS Update Service, we will require you to complete a new DBS application as part of the registration process, at a cost of £40.00
