Supply Care Solutions are looking for a Sales Support Administrator for their offices based in East London.
Supply Care Solutions has been operating for over 14 years, and we are a market-leading Medical, Social Care and Education recruitment agency who offer a range of accredited services across the public sector. We specialise in the provision of highly skilled, compliant professionals in all grades and specialties, including short, long term and permanent positions.
We are externally accredited and offer comprehensive training for all of our employees.
As part of the sales team, you will assist the recruitment consultants with on-boarding and submitting candidates to job roles. You will also assist with the ongoing compliance of our candidates files to ensure adherence with our legal, internal and contractual obligations.
Job Description
* Process candidate applications
* Assist candidates with registration process
* Obtain candidate documents for registration
* Submit candidates for jobs as advised by the sales consultants
* Accept and reject jobs/orders on client platforms
* Set up candidates to external managed vendor systems
* Regular communication with candidates by email and by telephone as directed by the sales consultants
* Liaise with other members of the sales support team
* Take part in regular review meetings to develop process and systems
* Report Statistics to line managers

Skills and experience
* Good written and verbal English

* Minimum Grade C in GCSE English Language and Mathematics
* Previous experience in a similar role desirable but not essential
Basic salary of £16k depending on experience (payable pro rata)
Working hours: 09.00-17.30 Monday to Friday, however part time applications will be considered for a minimum of 4 days per week.
