XPO is currently looking for an HR Coordinator to support our fast-paced HR function at our Head Office in New Duston, Northampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has broad HR experience to support our large HR community and join XPO! Please note, this is a full-time position on a 1-year fixed-term contract.

Pay, benefits and more:

We’re looking to pay up to £25,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

  • Manage, distribute and redirect HR related calls, emails & correspondence to the appropriate person in the team/wider HR community whilst providing key advice along the way!
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data in both paper and electronic form to ensure all employment requirements are met
  • Manage access for our HR community on occupational health & employment referencing systems
  • Produce, check and send out contracts for new starters to XPO

What you need to succeed at XPO:

  • A positive attitude is a MUST - we work hard, so we need to make sure we love the environment we work in
  • It would really help if you came from a fast-paced background…there’s always plenty to do here
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • CIPD qualification is desirable, but not essential
