We are looking for a HR Advisor to support the delivery of credible, focused HR support to a leading Stroke charity.

Position: HR Advisor

Location: Bromsgrove, Life After Stroke Centre

Hours: 21  hours per week

Salary: Circa £16,500

Contract: 12 months fixed term

The Role

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the HR Advisor will have a particular focus on:

 

  • Recruitment
  • Absence management
  • Organisational change
  • Employee relations matters
  • Other responsibilities which will span the full generalist remit as well as involvement in project work.

 

About You

The HR Advisor will be CIPD qualified and have proven, excellent communication, verbal and numerical skills.

We are looking for a candidate with a proactive mindset and you will be able to evidence contribution to organisational development and successful service delivery.

Experience of HR system implementation would be advantageous.
