Programme Administrator – London

What is the role?

As Programme Administrator you will be responsible for the efficient facilitation of Examination Boards, the Mitigating Circumstances process, and will act as a point of contact between ourselves and our partner institutions. You will provide effective and efficient administrative support to all programmes (partner specific) and manage academic related student queries both via email and face to face.

You will also assist with Examination Board preparation and take responsibility for the maintenance of Module Lists.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Extensive administration experience to a high level – ideally within education sector
  • Work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Listening and following instructions to the highest level of accuracy
  • The ability to operate well within a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational, problem-solving and planning skills
  • Excellent literacy and numerical skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
