Join our global Product Control team as a permanent Associate Director to lead our EMEA team supporting the growing Commodities & Global Markets trading division. 

In this fast-paced and challenging role you will be accountable for team development, the daily P&L control environment, trading P&L attribution, strategic initiatives, and partnering with senior business stakeholders on complex trading structures and projects.  As an experienced people manager you will have oversight for existing teams in our London and Gurugram offices.

The role will primarily focus on the commodity trading businesses, covering Agricultural, Metal and Energy assets.  You will support the Global Product Control head in delivering Product Control strategy, innovation, and efficiency agenda for the EMEA region.  

Working across a variety of Front Office projects you will develop strong working relationships with our senior business leads, plus business groups including Risk Management, Market Operations and Technology.

In order to be successful, you will have 10 to 15 years’ experience in Financial Markets with strong knowledge of derivatives and financial products, preferably in commodities or trading businesses. You will also possess excellent analytical, conceptual, communication, presentation and networking skills with a proven track record of managing on-going change.

The Financial Management Group provides financial, tax and treasury services to all areas of Macquarie. The group is focused on providing strategic analysis and advice to Macquarie's businesses and senior management, managing Macquarie's funding, liquidity and capital position, ensuring Macquarie continues to meet regulatory and compliance obligations and managing Macquarie's corporate communications and investor relations.
