Customer Success Executives (Multiple Vacancies)
We are working with an established FinTech company looking to launch a new software product in the first quarter of 2020. In order to launch their new product they require a team of Customer Success Executives to ensure the smooth migration from legacy software to the new product for the existing client base and the overall on-boarding journey of new customers.
This is a technical Customer Services and Account Management role. Training in the product will be given but candidates should have previous experience of a similar role within a FinTech or Saas organisation.
Candidates looking for both contract opportunities and permanent opportunities will be considered. There is a possibility that this will become permanent straight away or it might run as a contract for an initial 6 month period with some permanent opportunities offered thereafter.
The positions will be based in Central London, however the organisation support flexible working and would therefore be happy to consider candidates looking for part office-based and part-remote working. They would also consider candidates looking to work reduced or condensed hours.
This will be working within a team of up to 10 Customer Service Executives and reporting into the Head of Customer Success.
