Salary: £38,000 OTE (18k basic + uncapped commission) plus company car (Salary is pro rata and own card required for part time roles)
Shifts: Full Time - 37.5 hours a week – Working hours are between 9.00am and 9.00pm Monday to Saturday. Your Line Manager will let you know your shift pattern in advance, which could vary from time to time.
Part Time - Flexible hours are available and desired shift patterns will be discussed with the Hiring Manager on a case by case basis depending on your availability. A minimum of 12 hours per week are required with no less than 4 hours per shift. For example, you could work 3 x 4 hour shifts per week. Shifts will be between 9am-9pm Monday to Saturday.
To be considered for the role, you must be able to commit to 9 days of full-time residential training.

Being a Field Sales Advisor is not just about selling our products. It’s about really getting to know the needs of our potential customers and building connections that really matter.
We’ll give you a territory to work in, which means you just need to plan your routes, hit the road and start spreading some Virgin Media magic. You’ll knock on around 150-200 doors a day on average, greeting residents with your friendly smile and engaging introduction. You’ll use the knowledge you’ll gain through our training programme along with your great conversational skills to show how our exciting range of products can liven up any household.
You’ll get your best results outside of office hours - late afternoon or evening is when most people are at home. Largely you’ll be working on your own, but you’ll have the full support of your team and your manager. Working outside in the summer is a bonus but you’ll also have to be prepared to brave the cold winters.

You don’t need experience in sales or tech products. To really succeed in this role, you’ll be resilient and have a positive attitude. Not every open door will result in a sale and a new Virgin Media customer. Being able to pick yourself up from a knock back is key!
