We fuse strategic consultancy, creative writing, content development with audience development, sales prospecting and campaign outreach. We do this for game changing B2B organisations in the UK and the USA. We’re building an agile team of consultants.

We’re on the hunt for two highly motivated Sales Campaign Specialists, to work on behalf of our growing client base.
The role is to join our agile team to design, write and send highly personalised email campaigns and follow up by phone to senior business stakeholders at global brands both in the UK, Europe and the USA.
You’ll have full campaign ownership with the primary task being to set up well qualified meetings (conference calls and face to face) for your client(s).
The role is a fusion of CRM and audience development (20%), tailored email outreach (50%), and phone-based prospecting (30%).
You will work on very specific messaging, following up on roundtable events, issue-based case studies and thought leadership. You'll learn about our clients inside out, being directly involved in how we help drive their sales strategy, working with across fascinating business areas.
Our clients are in the business to business space. From social change, sustainability consulting, trends, marketing services, to technology and SaaS.
What’s on offer?
This is a contract position, requiring two to three days per week of your time. How you manage your time is entirely up to you. We’re flexible! It’ll pay between £200 and £300 per day depending on your experience.
You can work from home, but fortnightly strategy meetings will be required. So, you must be able to meet in Henley on Thames, Reading or Bracknell areas for at least a few hours every other week. We also have one client focusing on the US , so if you are able to work early evenings this would be a good fit too.
Must have experience?
We need you to have the following experience:
Proven B2B sales experience that includes phone-based prospecting
Excellent written skills
Know your way around CRM systems like Salesforce, Nutshell,
Highrise or HubSpot
Able to critique and provide positive recommendations that will
improve our client's sales strategies
Used to the idiosyncrasies of working from home - being
disciplined and able to self-motivate
Used to working to KPIs related to lead generation activities
Have the tech and phone set-up needed to do this type of work
