Customer Research, Insights and Engagement Executive - Flexibility Available

This is a new role, so flexibility is key. It will include customer onboarding, providing exceptional customer service and dealing with customer issues B2B. You will be monitoring and reporting on customer use of membership services with the goal of increasing customer engagement and retention and increasing the number of users within customer organisations. Telephoning new customers and taking them through some fairly complex functionality. The role is also likely to involve scoping demand for new services from existing and prospective customers.
We are offering a salary £24,000 to £30,000+ pro rata, depending on experience. We offer some flexibility with number of hours for the right candidate.
The job would suit someone who is academically bright with a background in B2B marketing, market research or customer services B2B. The job involves lots of contact with Senior Executives and CEOs, the ideal candidate must be confident to communicate with our blue-chip customers. We are looking for a genuine team player who can work alongside a team of experts and health care industry professionals.
The ideal candidate will have the following;
- Excellent telephone manner and ability to engage in in-depth interviews
- Skills to communicate professionally with high-level executives.
- Decent web skills. You will need to understand and demonstrate our online service and conduct surveys and measure engagement.
- Proactive self-starter with good learning habits
- Good organisation and strong attention to detail
- The drive to help both customers and the internal team to be successful
- Ability to develop relationships both internal and external
- Basic IT skills (Word, Excel).
- CRM skills
- Confident face-to-face presentation skills.
- Experience using Salesforce, Pardot and/or Bizzabo.
