Due to a growth of 56% over the last 3 years, we are looking for Support Workers to join our clients fantastic team. They have a range of varied roles available including, full time, part time, nights and relief (bank work)

Position: Support Worker

Location: Milton, Cambridgeshire

Hours: Various including full-time, part-time, nights and relief (bank work)

Salary: £9.09 - £9.36 per hour

The Role

The Support Workers provide a person-centred approach to empower people with a learning disability. They create and promote the organisations positive ethos. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for making a difference to people’s lives every day. This may be helping with essential day to day tasks like shopping or personal care or it could be engaging in activities in the local community. They ask for their team to be creative in coming up with exciting ways for the people they support to enjoy new activities that interest them.

About You

As an organisation, they believe that a good Support Worker doesn’t need to always have the experience behind them. It’s all about having the right attitude and a natural energy for helping others. They also know that many of their current workforce came from a range of different fields such as retail and admin.
