Duties & Responsibilities
Our Odney Hotel is a beautiful John Lewis and Partners hotel, set in 130 acres by the River Thames in Cookham, Berkshire. With 78 bedrooms spread across 5 different houses, the hotel has unique character and charm.
As our Restaurant Supervisor, you will lead and supervise our hospitality team to deliver first-class customer service throughout service.
Job Requirements
You'll lead service in the River Room (during the open season) and the Conference Centre, supporting and working with our Catering team in the delivery of events and functions.
You'll meet and greet guests, allocate tasks within the team and closedown the operation at the end of the day.
Every day will be different, but our highest standards of customer service will remain the same.
Required essential experience skills and qualifications
Ensure food safety policies are being followed and maintaining food safety records
Meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Customer Service sector experience
Desirable experience skills and qualifications
Food Safety level 2
