Super League Triathlon is set to change the sport of triathlon, delivering a series of fast-paced short course races with unpredictable outcomes that culminate in the crowning of the best and most versatile male and female triathletes in the world.
Founded in 2017 Super League Triathlon (SLT) now operates offices in Singapore and London and runs nearly 10 events across Asia, Europe and North America with the goal to expand significantly over the next 3 years.
For our headquarter in Waterloo, London, United Kingdom we are actively looking for a highly motivated Financial Controller / Accountant (m/f) – part time.
This person will work closely with our external accounting service provider and will oversee all aspects of Accounting, Controlling, Budgeting and Forecasting for all multinational SLT entities. The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO of the company.
The job is ideally suited for someone looking for a part time role and flexible working hours with previous full time experience in accounting / controlling.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Holder to external accounting service provider.
Support internal staff and external accounting service provider on day-to-day accounting
for all our entities.
Payroll processing & expenses processing.
Invoicing and debt collection.
Cash Flow Management
Assist in company wide budget planning and forecasting.
Establish / improve and enforce internal budgeting and approval procedures
Qualifications &Skills
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in accounting and/or auditing - international
experience is a bonus.
Knowledge in XERO. Receiptbank and Approvalmax is a bonus.
Technical accounting experience and knowledge covering IFRS including end to end
production of individual company and consolidated group accounts and management
reporting
Advanced analytical skills working with detailed and complex financial information
Project management and problem-solving skills to proactively support the team and
business
Build and maintain positive and constructive relationships with all levels of an
organization.
Ability to work highly independently.
