We’re looking for a well-organised communications or marketing professional to grow our clients publishing programme, as Bible Publishing Development Manager.
Position: Bible Publishing Development Manager
Location: Swindon (M4 corridor)
Hours: Full-time
Salary: £40,000-£44,000 pa

The Role
The Bible Publishing Development Manager is responsible for growing the Bible publishing programme by overseeing and demonstrating exceptional customer account management, improving processes and systems, and growing a confident team.

About You
As well as an in-depth understanding of the print process and experience in managing people, you will have
- A proven ability to build successful relationships with clients and suppliers, working sensitively in a multicultural context.
- Demonstrable knowledge of the print process.
- An ability to recognise potential issues.
- A basic understanding of licensing, IP and copyright matters or a willingness to learn.
You’ll be unafraid of managing high-throughput, high-value business of £5 million in turnover and keen to increase turnover while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
