We need experienced home based telemarketing agents to join our team on The CCP Network.

You will need to provide an excellent service delivering key features and benefits to our client’s prospects and customers.

Ideally we like to see a proven track record and solid references, but we are willing to provide full training for well motivated and reliable people.

Ideally you will have:

• Business to Business telesales experience
• Ability to communicate strongly & effectively on the telephone
• Great relationship building skills
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Ability to show empathy and build rapport
• A result’s orientated, determined attitude
• The ability to handle your own work load and a pro-active approach to achieving set targets

To work from home you will need;

• Windows based laptop or PC
• Reliable internet connection
• USB Headset (available from Amazon or Argos for approximately £8 - £20)
• Quiet home office working space

Work availability times;

Outbound Calling between 8.30 am – 5.30 pm Minimum shift time 4 hours per day spread over 2 shifts.

Inbound Calling 24 hour availability minimum shift time 2 hours

Earning potential;

Outbound Calling £9 - £16 per productive hour plus break time

Inbound Calling £9 – £17.50 depending on productivity
