Are you an experienced Office Assistant looking for permanent part time work? Are you a friendly, welcoming person who would love to work in East London? If so, please read on!

We are currently looking for an Office Assistant with credit control experience to work in a busy Law Firm office Monday -Friday, hours would be between 8:30am - 1:30pm. This position is paying £16,000 per annum.

We are looking for someone who will take on any task, no matter how small, apply themselves and ensure all tasks are finished to a high level and seen through to completion.

Job Duties:

*Taking post to the post office
*Arranging couriers
*Preparing meeting rooms
*Replenishing meetings with refreshments and food if required.
*Putting files away for formalities department and attorneys
*Collecting post from reception, scanning and saving to file
*Weekly stationery and kitchen supply checks, also ensuring stationery cupboard is kept neat and tidy
*Credit control, chasing payments, checking debtors
*Sending engagement letters to new clients
*Retrieving files for attorneys
*Ordering lunch for staff training/client meetings
*Answering door and handling deliveries
*Tenants meeting attendance
*Any other ad-hoc admin or office tasks

Knowledge and skills:

■ Previous experience of working within a law firm is desired
■ Great time management skills
Experience using ZERO system is desirable
■ Excellent attention to detail
■ Friendly and professional manner
■ Willing to be adaptable and help where needed
