We’re looking for a well-organised fundraising professional with proven experience of instigating and building relationships with major donors to join our clients team in Swindon.
Position: Key Relationships Manager
Location: Swindon (M4 corridor)
Hours: Full-time
Salary: £32,000-£35,000 pa

The Role
As Key Relationships Manager, you will be responsible for generating significant income from a portfolio of existing and new major donors. You will work as part of a team to support the delivery of an annual income target of £2 million this financial year, increasing to an annual income target of more than £3.5 million within three years.
The Key Relationships Manager will craft compelling asks and cultivate a growing number of relationships with philanthropists who are excited by and share the organisations vision.
About You
Working in a team tasked to deliver an initial annual income of £2 million, you will know what motivates individuals and trusts to give to our work, at home and overseas. You will have experience of instigating and building relationships with donors with demonstrable knowledge of the principles of major-gift fundraising including identifying potential philanthropists, researching their interests, crafting and presenting asks, and building strong relationships for the long term.
