Take responsibility for Cyber / Information Security across our complex and highly regulated EMEA business.

We are looking for a leader who will be the a principal point of contact for internal customers, including business leaders; deal teams; technology leaders; boards of directors; and risk or audit committees, helping help these individuals understand information and cyber security risk for their business, technology and clients.

Reporting to the Global Head of Cyber Business Enablement, with a dotted line to the CIO of EMEA, you will be providing regional Information Security leadership and acting as a key link between the global functions and the regional technology delivery teams and business.

Key activities will include developing a unified strategy for Information Security in EMEA and ensuring that their security needs and requirements are fulfilled. You will be advising on the identification and remediation of gaps between the business strategy and the central cyber strategy.

You will also be building business cases for funding cyber capabilities that are unique to the aligned businesses and providing information security/cyber security expertise to divisional legal and commercial teams during mergers and acquisitions, contractual and other commercial activities.

Liaison with regulators and responding to cyber security questions will be critical as will ensuring appropriate services and capabilities are developed to meet current and future needs.

Ultimately you will hold responsibility for reducing the cyber risk profile in the region.

You will need technical knowledge across cyber security domains, an ability to present complex technical issues to senior business stakeholders and relevant qualifications which are complemented with industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA etc.).

It’s critical that you have applied your skills and gained experience within a highly regulated corporate environment.
