Job Details
We’re looking for a strategic thinker to develop and implement an international growth strategy, collaborating with both the Open the Book team operating in England and Wales and key international networks.
Position: Open the Book International Development Lead
Location: Swindon (M4 corridor)
Hours: Full-time
Salary: £28,000–£31,000 pa

Open the Book is a project which offers primary school children an opportunity to hear Bible stories at school, told to them by volunteers from local churches.
The Role
The role aims to build upon the success of Open the Book (OtB) domestically by working with the OtB team to develop and implement an international growth strategy. The international mission team will be responsible for delivering and overseeing international expansion by collaborating with OtB domestic connections, key international networks and other international stakeholders.
About You
Underpinned by a mature Christian faith enabling you to work effectively with Christian groups around the world, you will know how to build collaborative relationships and have proven experience of managing and monitoring international projects.
You will also have:
- A relevant degree.
- A comprehensive knowledge of the Bible and proficiency in spoken and written English and Spanish.
