Senior Finance Manager
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Finance Manager to join our client’s leadership team, at an exciting time of growth.

Position: Senior Finance Manager
Location: The role is based at both our client’s Aylesbury and Amersham offices, but travel across the county, visiting the teams across Buckinghamshire, is also required.
Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 per annum
Hours: Full time, permanent (we would also consider part time – a minimum of 4 days a week)

About the role:
As Senior Finance Manager you will be responsible for managing the financial assets of the charity and supporting its long-term future through effective and responsive controls, reporting and planning.
You will support the CEO and be part of the senior leadership team and provide timely and insightful forecasting, maintain effective financial control and support the CEO in developing business plans and analysis.
About You:
To be successful in the role of Senior Finance Manager you will be a qualified Accountant with experience of managing a finance function.
Other essential skills/experience include:
- Fully qualified – ACCA or equivalent
- Experience of planning & analysis and business support in a small / medium-sized organisation
- Proven ability to support change management processes with financial data
- Strong IT knowledge including advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- The ability to work on a range of projects
- Collaborative and hands-on style of working
