At Roche Diabetes Care we have an exciting opportunity for an commercially minded, tenacious Account Manager with exceptional customer service skills to join our Head Office telephone sales team based in Burgess Hill.

In this role, you will generate revenue and maximize profitability and sales growth by upselling Roche Diabetes Care products, services and/or solutions via telephone into existing and new business.

You will work closely with the Outcome Specialists (OSs) and Area Business Managers (ABMs) to ensure swift implementation in formulary and tender/contract win areas whilst ensuring an excellent level of customer service and experience at all times. You will also be responsible for providing inbound/outbound telephone coverage and order processing for vacant territories as and when required by the ABMs.
 

For this role you will bring:

  • Proven success in a sales role (within the health care market is desirable)
  • Previous sales account management experience
  • Excellent communication skills including making impactful presentations via telephone
  • Strong business acumen, problem solving and negotiation skills to drive successful revenue generation
  • Tactical planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a regulated environment
  • Experience working with the Google suite of programmes advantageous
