Job Details

Our Compliance Services Team are looking for motivated individuals from senior associate to manager grade to work on a flexible basis in their Corporate Tax and Global Mobility teams. We are open to discussions on hours and locations for the right candidates.

About the roles

The successful candidate will work on a wide range of clients

Corporate Tax

The team provides clients with advice on various compliance issues including paying and minimising their tax liabilities. We are looking for individuals with:

Strong UK corporate tax skills, UK GAAP and IFRS tax accounting

Previous experience of delivering compliance in the corporate tax space.

Strong people skills to review work prepared by more junior members of the team and provide feedback and guidance.

Global Mobility

The team provides support services in connection with employee/employers PAYE, national insurance, immigration, payroll processes, pensions, along with reporting and filing obligations.The individual will be required to:

Have strong personal tax skills in respect of expatriate issues

Review UK tax returns for technical accuracy and risk, interpreting and applying relevant tax legislation

Provide technical guidance and feedback to individual preparers.
RequirementsBe ACA or CTA qualified (ideally through first time passes).

Have a highly developed client service ethos and can adopt a flexible approach to meeting client needs.

Be able to establish, build and maintain a good working relationship with key decision makers, including partners

Be an effective delegator, strong at coaching junior staff.

The work is managed via a number of sophisticated electronic systems and the successful candidate should be comfortable with the use of computer systems and IT. Full training will be provided but experience of Word and Excel is essential and any previous experience of other systems used would be an advantage.
