We have an exciting new opportunity for two enthusiastic, Quality Assurance and Knowledge Analysts to join our busy, fast paced, customer service centre. As a QA Knowledge Analyst, the principal area of responsibility for the role is to support the business by ensuring a high-quality customer service output through evaluation and monitoring of communications and outputs, resulting in increased Customer satisfaction and maintaining the internal and external knowledge site for accurate information. Ensuring teams have all the necessary information to carry out their tasks.

The ideal candidate will need to have experience of customer service as well as be a strong communicator with exceptional team working and influencing skills. A background in a previous quality assurance role in a Contact Centre environment is an advantage. Excellent attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills are essential for the role which is responsible for promoting and recognising best practice of Customer Service. 

To be successful in this role, you will need the ability to work on your own initiative in a fast paced, target driven environment. It is essential you have excellent customer service, effective communication, competent influencer and strong IT skills.
