As part of our expansion outside of London, we have created a new region – our Counties region is developing homes across the UK and currently we have an opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager – Finishes, at Birnam Mews, Tiddington. 

Working as part of the team, you will support the site team in ensuring all activities on a residential construction site including health & safety, target and contract programming and logistics are delivered to a high quality. A good technical of the key stage inspection process will be essential.

Excellent communication skills will be required as liaison with all external and internal teams are critical.

It is essential that you have previous experience working for a contractor or developer in the housing sector and can demonstrate a proven track record in a similar role.

For this post you will need good problem solving, communication and analytical skills.  Also effective project management skills and hold or be working towards SMSTS, CSCS, 1st aid 4 day.
