Babington House are looking for a superstar to join their front of house team working on their Main Hotel & Members Club Reception on a part time basis.

You'll be greeting and checking in hotel guests, and giving our members a warm welcome to the House; answering telephone enquires; making room and restaurant reservations, and overseeing enquiries with Members and guests on site, face to face and by telephone.

You'll be pro-active and organised, with excellent customer service skills. You will also be proficient with email, have a confident telephone manner, and be able to think on your feet to resolve any issues quickly.

THE VENUE

Set in 18 acres in the heart of Somerset, Babington House opened in 1998 for those who wanted to enjoy the countryside but weren’t prepared to compromise on urban luxuries. With 32 individually designed bedrooms for all occasions as well as the Main House were you will find the restaurant, traditional stone Orangery, Deli Bar, Library, Snooker Room and Study. Other facilities at Babington House include the Cowshed Relax spa, indoor and outdoor heated pools, a gym, steam room, sauna, and Cinema. The grounds have tennis courts, a cricket pitch, croquet lawn, walled garden which or gardens grow herbs, vegetables which supply our kitchen daily as well as our onsite chapel and idyllic lake.

Requirements

 

2 years + experience working in a customer service environment

Clean, full UK driving licence.

Right to work in the UK.

Own transport required due to rural location.
