We’re looking for an experienced Internal Engagement Manager to join the LLDC Communications, Marketing and Strategy Directorate, to develop and drive delivery of an Internal Engagement Strategy as part of an organisation-wide change programme.

The Role

The post holder will be responsible for developing LLDC’s internal engagement strategy and accompanying plans, and for driving forward day-to-day delivery including overseeing all aspects of internal communications. As a time-limited development corporation, LLDC is entering into a period of change which will hugely increase the profile and value of this work; we are looking for someone who can rise to the challenge and ensure that employees at all levels of the organisation fully understand and feel part of that change.

The Person

The successful candidate will be a subject matter expert in internal engagement, able to bring a wealth of previous experience to the role. They will be flexible and self-driven, and confident in challenging established practices and driving forward new approaches. They will be able to quickly develop constructive relationships including at the most senior levels of management.

This role is being offered on a part time basis, working three days (22.2 hours) per week.
