The Senior Performance Analyst is a key role in our Development Division, it’s a new role and you will be leading and developing a small team.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future reporting strategy and will be integral to improving efficiencies through excellent continuous improvement. You will be involved in many high-profile projects across the department and will take the lead on the reporting of KPIs within the business.

This is a pivotal role that links with various teams and you’ll work closely with the development regional teams and promote cross departmental working. 

You will have a wide range of specialist skills including financial awareness, project management, reporting, and excellent MS Office skills.  You will be a self-motivated, professional individual who is able to communicate and influence working with a wide range of stakeholders

What we’re looking for: -

·       Excellent skills on MS Office
·       Project management skills
·       Strong reporting skills and understanding of report aesthetics
·       A broad range of communication and influencing skills
·       Strong organisation and prioritising ability
·       Ability to lead and guide a team
