Job Details
As a key member of the Regional Sales Team you will be the first point of contact for customers enquiring about our Developments, inputting their information onto our systems, maintaining leads logs and dealing with all general enquiries. You will also support the sales team in the day to day administration of progressing sales.
The post involves a great deal of customer contact and the successful applicant must prove they have:
· excellent administrative and IT skills
· good attention to detail
· excellent telephone and communication skills
· previous experience of working with customers with a commitment to excellent customer service
· a knowledge of low cost home ownership and private sale schemes would be an advantage
· ability to work under pressure and an ability to prioritise
· excellent and organised administrative skills required in line with the sales department’s procedures.
