We have an opportunity for a Senior Marketing Manager to help develop strategies and deliver business results while developing the Taylor Wimpey Central London brand positioning within the marketplace.  As brand ambassador you will take ownership of brand delivery and communication, both internal and external, in conjunction with the Sales & Marketing Director.

You will manage the effective delivery of all aspects of marketing for Central London developments to UK and overseas markets, provide marketing support to the Sales & Marketing Director and regional sales team, and manage the marketing agencies’ activity at a regional level, with the support of the marketing executive and digital marketing manager.

What you will do:

  • Create and implement marketing strategies for each development, in line with business targets.
  • Work closely with external design agencies to develop bespoke marketing literature and campaigns for UK and overseas launches.
  • Drive effective use of and manage sales & marketing budget for each development as well as oversee the overall DSE budget for the business unit.
  • Attend weekly project and sales meetings in line with business timetables.
  • Manage PR agency through frequent contact and holding a monthly update meeting.
  • Ensure the Taylor Wimpey Central London brand and individual development brands are well represented in all relevant locations – Online, selling agents’ offices, hoarding and signage.

What you will have:

  • Relevant experience in a similar marketing role within the Central London residential property market.
  • Experience of developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
  • A relevant marketing qualification.
  • The ability to demonstrate a full understanding of the marketing mix.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to delegate and motivate others.
