Collaborate with colleagues and project teams to deliver a range of solutions that create and sustain high value, improve efficiency and effectiveness, increase productivity and provide sustainable benefits.

Maintain a strong network of champions and sponsors, and coach individuals on best practices across the Risk group. You will drive and execute improvement opportunities of varying scale, execute impact assessments and resulting change plans and develop best practise processes and deliver the Change & Innovation Roadmap.

You will be comfortable working in complex environments and have strong stakeholder engagement skills. As a self-starter, you will be proactive and flexible in how you apply your skillset to ensure the best outcomes. Your experience in delivering best practice process improvement and be able to identify barriers and work with the business to deliver outcomes.

Experience with Lean, Agile, or a background in financial services in Risk or Change Management qualifications will be beneficial, although not a prerequisite.

Risk Management Group is an independent, centralised unit responsible for ensuring all risk across Macquarie are appropriately assessed and managed. Its divisions include Credit, Prudential, Capital and Markets, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Compliance, Quantitative Applications and Internal Audit.
