As a Senior Consultant within the Digital Strategy Realisation team, you will lead transformation programmes, helping our clients transform their traditional approach to decision making through the data, information and intelligence. We are practical consultants - we advise, act and do, and you will work across the full change cycle driving and owning outcomes.

In a typical week you will:

• Lead transformation programmes based around data and analytics to drive safety, performance, cost, capacity, customer, and environmental improvements for clients
• Work closely with Senior Management and build long lasting relationships with both and existing clients
• Ensure project/ programme is delivered on time, to budget and exceeds client's expectations
• Effectively manage risk, opportunities and dependencies across the programme/ project
• Understand Data Science practices and how these can be utilised to deliver business value.
• Use your analytical thinking and knowledge of statistical data analysis to provide your clients with thought leadership on how data enabled change can help transform their business
• Understand stakeholder environment and build relationships of trust; bringing simplicity to complex situations and helping our clients become data enabled decisions makers

We want to hear from you, if you:

• Are qualified with a Bachelor degree or higher
• Experience in delivering Data Science/ Analytics projects
• Hold Chartered status or relevant equivalent experience - desired
• Experience managing transformation projects - desired
• Achievements in data analysis or software development
• Have working knowledge of agile working practices
• Have experience working with infrastructure or asset management (engineering) organisations
• Extensive experience working with clients providing solutions based on analysis of business challenges, including physical asset management
• Have project /programme/ change management experience
• Ability to work in, lead, and learn from a small team to deliver successful projects
