We are a small family run care provider which means we have time to invest in their Care Assistants and make sure you are provided with the best working environment possible to do the most important thing - put a smile on the faces of the people who make up your community.

- £9.36 weekdays
- ££9.96 weekends (after training)

We make sure our Care Assistants have well planned rotas in advance, regular customers and most importantly our visits average about 45 minutes - we give you time to care and we do not rush you.

If you are new to care then don't worry. We have a well-designed training and support programme in place to make sure you are confident in what you do, with lots of support both over the phone and out in the community.

We support their customers by providing a bit of extra help to allow them to remain living in the comfort and safety of their own home. This includes companionship, food preparation, help with medication, trips out, support with personal care, assistance with domestic tasks, helping people start their day and being a friendly face to have a cup of tea with and share stories - just like you would with your own family.

We have an open-door policy for our Care Assistants and an incredibly well led and supportive management and training team who are always available to help you and listen to your ideas and feedback.
