We are looking for exceptional individuals used to working to Key Performance Indicators and driving sales to support the Store Manager with the day to day operation of the store to maximise profit through effective management of the team.

The Accountabilities

- Creating a customer service led culture which is always striving to improve performance
- Ensuring all staff deliver a professional, friendly service to all customers
- Play an active role on the shop floor with the team
- Work with the management team to maximise opportunities to drive sales and increase footfall
- Working with the management team to ensure store is fully compliant with pricing, promotions, legislation and landlord agreements
- Drive the team to achieve both individual and store targets including sales, shrink, waste, cash loss and staff costs
- Recruit, motivate & train the team to deliver individual and store targets, including average transaction value and add on sales
- Performance management of staff - lateness, absence, poor work rate, poor service
- Deliver a legal, safe and secure workplace
- Deputise for Store Manager / Deputy Manager in their absence

The Requirements

- Previous experience of working in a customer focused retail environment
- Previous experience of leading and motivating a team
- Proven experience of working to and achieving challenging Key Performance Indicators
- Flexibility towards working hours
- Strong communication skills
- Airside pass requirements - valid passport, 5 years continuous referencing, consent to undertake a Criminal Record Check
