Lead generation is the primary focus of your role. You’ll play a key role in helping small to medium size business owners into one of our popular coaching & training programmes. And you’ll be supported fully in developing and implementing several lead generation strategies.

You’ll have

  • The ability to follow through to the nth degree, be a self-starter, innovative, and deliver above expectations
  • You must be a proven performer in sales/marketing. Telesales experience is preferable. Experience in ‘selling/marketing services’ such as recruitment in business to business sales
  • Solid sales performance and extensive leadership skills as well as the ability to tackle challenges head on
  • You will be verbally fluent, able to develop instant rapport with people, and be extremely likeable. Overall, you’ll have excellent communication skills, a positive mindset and a love for learning
  • The ability to grow this already very successful arm of our global company, be a creator of long-term relationships and have a track record in achieving sales targets
  • Professionalism, persistence, excellent communication, and negotiation skills over the phone
