As a Quality Control Tester you'll be responsible for providing independent and consistent quality control of the end to end journey, ensuring we are providing our customers with the right solution for their needs, whilst complying with regulators and internal policies and procedures. Meticulous and highly organised, your attention to detail will be key to your success.

A high level technical business support role, you'll use your judgement and decision making skills in interpreting and analysing a range of complex information and data from throughout the customer journey. Your findings will then help contribute to the development of our systems and processes moving forward.

If you care about making a difference for people, you'll love this opportunity. In order to be considered for this role, we're looking for experience in a quality control business unit, customer testing or Quality Control / Quality Assurance together with knowledge of Collections impacting policies and regulations and evidence of process improvement.

Additionally, you will have empathy and passion for helping customers and be able to communicate effectively with strong verbal, written and presentation skills. You'll also work closely with many other teams and you'll therefore have the ability to build good working relations and work collaboratively across teams, developing and maintain effective working routines with key stakeholders. This role will involve calling our customers.

Naturally, you're highly motivated and keen to deliver excellence. In return, we'll make sure you're well-rewarded. Our Hove contact centre has a great atmosphere and plenty of opportunities to advance your career. You'll also enjoy a great benefits package including performance bonus, 24 days holiday and contributory pension scheme. So whatever you choose, your future's looking great. And when all the hard work is done you can take a break in our onsite restaurant or coffee shop.

At Lloyds Banking Group we are committed to building a workforce which reflects the diversity of the customers and communities we serve, and to creating an inclusive workplace where all our colleagues can be themselves and succeed on merit.
