Community Support Worker, Reablement - Tewkesbury

Drivers required to cover a variety of Community Support Worker positions across Tewkesbury and surrounding area's! You'll be working part time or full time to complete shifts between 07.00-14.00 and 16:00-22:00 on a rota basis.

The ideal candidate will love working with people. And enjoy giving back to your local community. You will be supporting people following recent discharge from hospital. The aim to reable skills and independance to the level that they had prior to needing hospital care and support or to the best of their new ability.
