As the Head of Change Delivery Practice, you will coach, mentor and develop your team to have the personal and professional skills they need to operate in a high performance change environment. Your focus will be making sure we have the right mix of skill sets to deliver a dynamic change programme across the Bank. You’ll manage relationships with external suppliers pragmatically, keeping one eye on delivery and the other on budget.

 

So what would you be doing?...

 

• Providing formal people leadership for Programme Managers, the Project Management and Business Analysis practices

• Making sure we have the right skills and capacity across our Programme Management, Project Management and Business Analysis resource pools through recruitment), training, development and preparing people for new opportunities

• Providing practice leadership including the ongoing development of the Change Operating Model, delivery and engagement processes, frameworks and practices

• Continuously identifying and implementing end to end process improvements 

• Working with the Director of Change, Head of EPMO and Programme Managers to use business and architecture roadmaps to build capability roadmaps to front foot demand

• Designing and monitoring appropriate peer feedback mechanisms for your team

• Naturally, you’ll have years of proven change delivery experience with the ability to inspire trust, confidence and respect in your team and your stakeholders up to executive level

• You’ll have expertise in delivering a dynamic training and coaching framework in a change environment

• Of course you will have a proven track record of pragmatic and robust delivery of complex, detail-orientated initiatives in a fast paced, customer centric organisation

• You will have direct leadership experience and enjoy coaching and mentoring your team of change professionals 

• We need you to have an amazing understanding of regulatory and legislative requirement across all the Financial Crime discipline
