Marketing Communications Manager

Position: Marketing Production Manager

Location: Liverpool

Hours: 35 hours per week, with eligibility for flexi-time working

Salary: £55,892 per annum (10% salary increase after 12 month's service, dependent on work performance)

Contract: Permanent

As Marketing Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the marketing and communications team is at the heart of the mission, helping deliver on big ambitions to tackle the UK’s housing crisis, transform lives and revitalise neighbourhoods.

Your expertise and influence will get the very best out of the outstanding team, to help deliver sector-leading and award-winning marketing solutions across the full spectrum of digital and traditional platforms.

The difference you’ll make

You will be supporting the Head of Marketing and Communications to establish a clear understanding of the changing needs of the Group, using this information to assess, evaluate, plan and supervise the flow of marketing and communications work.

You’ll be responsible for leading a team of digital, design and communication specialists, ensuring that resources (people, technology and budgets) are utilised to their greatest capacity so that one-off jobs, routine tasks and complex projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high levels of customer satisfaction.

So, who are you?

We're looking for someone who is a proven leader with demonstrable experience in a senior management role within a commercial marketing or design agency or the marketing or communications department within a large, dispersed organisation.

You will:

 

  • Have a deep and detailed understanding of existing and emerging digital marketing and communications tools and techniques along with the technology that supports them.
  • Be highly motivated, with outstanding planning and organisational skills.
  • Be a strong people manager, experienced in implementing new ways of working, agile methodologies and managing change across a diverse team of technical experts.
  • Have experience of managing projects, people, work programmes, budgets and performance.

 

Having a recognised marketing degree or equivalent (e.g. CIM Diploma) would also be an advantage.
