We work collaboratively with the business areas we support (including Group Transformation, Group IT & Chief Security Office) to identify, report and mitigate risks - our key priority is to transform the bank in a safe and compliant way.

What you'll be doing...!

As the Change Controls Testing Senior Manager, you'll have responsibility for leading a team of managers to complete control tests on the critical change management processes within the Group Transformation Division. This will involve, maintaining relationships with key business areas and providing insight to senior management on the control effectiveness outcomes.

What else?

  • Using your demonstrated knowledge of risk management and both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies you'll be accountable for leading a team to deliver the controls testing plan, track results and agree actions to mitigate control failures
  • Lead production of high quality, insightful management information on control effectiveness
  • Utilise your understanding of risk management requirements to support the development of the control framework
  • Ensure control effectiveness is updated in our risk and control system, whilst adhering to quality standards
  • Monitor remediation of ineffective controls engaging with Business Units and Business Risk Partners to ensure appropriate prioritisation and delivery of improvement in the control environment
  • Establish, develop and maintain stakeholder relationships across the business including Business Area Senior Management, Business Risk Partners and will involve interaction at Director Level
  • You'll lead, coach and develop a team of managers
