Role Description

  • As a Case Manager you will support Bank Relationship Managers with daily interactions with their clients, and to support the case management team in tracking client engagement on the client transition and outreach activities as part of the IBOR transition programme.
  • Case Managers will collate the client portfolio details and work with the relationship manage on the best transition approach supplied and agreed prior to outreach.
  • The role will be focused on working daily with the RMs to produce material for internal and external use to support the communication process, whilst following the central guidance coming from the central IBOR programme and “command and control”.
  • In addition, the Case Managers will be required to support Client data validation, Client RM engagement, Client engagement with impacted UK RMs, local RMs and product teams. As well as helping with agreement of client IBOR transition plan, monitoring of IBOR Transition plan to conclusion, identification and escalation of any issue identified related to client transition and outreach.

Skills and Expertise

  • Case Managers are expected to have a high level of focus and be detail orientated, able to identify key portfolio information and present it to various stakeholders.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written are a must, good analytical skills, confidence to speak up and resolve and track issues as they arise.
  • You will have good skills with the MS Office Suite especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Experience planning client migrations
  • Understanding of Commercial Banking / Global Banking & Markets products and services
