This is a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Systems Team Leader who has worked in a similar managerial position within a reseller support team or at an end user site.  You will be managing the day-to-day support and administration of Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) 2010, Sharperlight, C-Series, and internal bespoke applications, whilst using tools such as SSRS and SQL Server.  You will play a key role in the major Finance Systems Replacement projectwhere you will have the opportunity to learn and develop skills in a new solution. 

You will also be expected to understand finance processes and controls, lead on system improvements and facilitate this by mapping business processes, documenting requirements, and making recommendations, as well as supporting users through change. You will also be presenting workshops, hosting meetings and providing training sessions both in classroom and 1-2-1 settings.

You must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP software applications along with T SQL knowledge and awareness of SSRS, with a solid understanding of business processes. An understanding of ITIL or experience of dealing with an SLA style framework would be desirable.  A finance qualification or background would be advantageous as would any knowledge of housing.

     - Strong Microsoft Dynamics GP application and support delivery skills
     - Management experience 
     - Good knowledge of finance
     - SQL Server
     - Excellent communication and people skills
     - Excellent documentation skills
     - Good understanding of finance and business processes
