We have a fantastic opportunity within our EnergyWater business unit for an ambitious and talented HR Advisor
The HR Advisor will be responsible for the provision of a ”hands on” and comprehensive HR service. Implementing operational HR services including handling disciplinary and grievance matters, handling redundancy consultations where required, managing Occupational health and well-being and overseeing HR administration but also willing to assist in other HR concerns/projects as and when required such as. The post-holder will be fully autonomous in areas of basic HR implementation and will have an understanding of employment law, as well as experience of pragmatic application, to ensure the effective delivery of HR.
- CIPD/MCIPD qualified or able to demonstrate significant operational HR experience.
- Experience in handling HR related issues including legal requirements.
- Extensive knowledge of employment law and best practice together with knowledge and understanding of how this is practically delivered.
- Good organisational, planning and time management skills.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
- Display confidential and approachable behaviours
