HR Assistant

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious HR professional to make a real impact within a team that will value your contribution and support your professional development.

Position: HR Assistant

Location: Bromsgrove, homeworking

Hours: Full or part-time (25-35 hours per week)

Salary: Circa £20,000 pro rata per annum

Contract: Fixed term until June 2021

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role as the ‘front line’ of HR and Health, Safety and Wellbeing, as the charity undergoes a period of change. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the HR Assistant role will provide administrative support to the HR and Health, Safety and Wellbeing teams. By developing an understanding of policies and processes, the successful candidate will support the charity through a period of change. This role is key to supporting the delivery of a credible, and focused HR and Health, Safety and Wellbeing service to the charity.

Key areas of the role will include

 

  • The administration and coordination of meetings
  • Supporting the Health, Safety and Wellbeing team with their administration and processes.

 

About You

Applicants will bring with them:

 

  • Experience in a HR admin role.
  • Experience of providing effective administration and customer service support.
  • IT literacy
  • Experience of using databases

 

It is important that the successful candidate has:

 

  • A high attention to detail.
  • The ability to organise and prioritise their own workload to ensure deadlines are met.
  • A good level of general education with good qualification passes in English and Maths and have excellent communication, verbal and numerical skills.
