 L&Q has an exciting opportunity for a Building Information Management (BIM) Strategy Assistant. This role based in our Strategic Services department and will give the successful candidate an exposure to both the strategy and implementation of BIM (technology, process and people) for our Development & Sales Division.

The successful candidate will assist in delivering the L&Q BIM programme for the development and handover of new homes. They will be given the opportunity to take a key role in ensuring the L&Q BIM strategy is successfully adopted on our residential new build projects. The BIM Strategy Assistant will provide support to project teams providing advice and feedback on the team's requirements for training, process, policy and technology. They will assist in communicating the BIM programme across the Development & Sales division.

You will be a self-motivated, professional individual who is able to communicate clearly and influence a wide range of stakeholders.

 

Skills and experience required
· Understanding of the BS & PAS 1192 and ISOs 19650 suite of standards.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Excellent organisation skills. The ability to prioritise own workload, while support team.
· Knowledge of BIM process and using BIM for project delivery.
· Good analytical skills. Proficient skills in standard Microsoft office suite.
· Creative problem solver. Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and resolve problems where they arise.
· BIM qualification or experience of working in a digital construction environment. Desirable.
