BMW/MINI Trainee Service Advisor
Once in a while an opportunity appears….Would you like to set your career on the right path by joining the best training programme in the industry?
This is a customer facing role, managing the relationship with BMW/MINI customers who have their vehicles serviced and repaired by us, however you will spend the first half of the training programme learning all of the back-of-house administrative processes that will equip you with a thorough understanding of every element of the customer journey. This work will require a high degree of accuracy, so you must have excellent attention to detail. You must be educated to A level standard or equivalent, have GCSE Maths, English and one other subject at grades A* to C/9-4, with an appetite for learning and a commitment to being a positive team player.
Once trained, your role will be focused on dealing with customers, who have high expectations and a varied range of needs and demands, therefore you need to have exceptional interpersonal skills and be able to build rapport, as well as a desire to provide the highest level of customer service.
You’ll learn, grow and develop with us, building a fascinating, challenging and exciting career from the ground-up.
All Service Advisor Trainees attend the BMW Group Academy in Berkshire for some of their off-the-job training. The programme will have a strong focus on the retail environment and the high customer service expectations of BMW & MINI customers, as well as Service Advisor role-specific training. The training takes place over a 12 month period and on successful completion of the programme, you will be a qualified Service Advisor. You will also have a Level 2 diploma in Customer Service and an exceedingly bright future!
