We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Internal Auditor to join L&Q as we expand our team within Internal Audit. Reporting to the Principal Auditor, the Senior Auditor will conduct risk-based audits covering all areas of operations including; construction, maintenance, resident and central services.  You will be required to support the delivery of the annual plan by delivering audit assignments in accordance with industry standards and best practice.  You will have well developed influencing skills as you will interact with the Executive Group and senior managers to ensure that audit assignments are timely, relevant and authentic.  If you are composed, confident, and self-motivated and are a good communicator, this role could be the opportunity that you have been waiting for.

To be successful you will need to have the following:

  -   Qualified or studying for the CCAB or IIA qualification;

  -   Demonstrable experience of leading audit assignments gained within a customer focused/vibrant private or public organisation;
  -   Good presentational skills, able to produce quality materials and deliver reports to set deadlines;
  -   Good analytical skills and ability;
  -   Able to demonstrate commercial and financial awareness;

 

 *Although the role will be primarily based at our Sidcup office, there will also be a requirement to work at other offices on occasion and there will be flexibility for home working.
