IPSL are looking for an Executive Assistant initially on a 6 month fixed term contract.

Hours & Location

This role could be full or part-time there is flexibility and can be discussed at interview.

Initially, because of COVID, the role will be full time working from home, and when it is safe to do so it could be a mixture of home and office working

Overview

The Executive Assistant will provide confidential, high quality support and professional secretarial and administration support to IPSL’s Executive Management Team and CEO.

Knowledge/Skills Required

We are looking for someone with an administration background, who is extremely organised and has the ability to prioritise and plan. The successful candidate will be managing several diaries, including the CEOs, organising meetings including the preparation, collation and circulation of meeting documents. They will be taking minutes and documenting actions, monitor the progress of key action points and issuing update reports. Being competent in Word, Excel and PowerPoint will be advantageous as there will be presentations, spreadsheets and briefing papers to prepare to support Board, Board sub-committees and client engagement activities. The role involves managing and maintaining documentation including setting up and maintaining efficient filing and archiving / retrieval as required. There will be some event management involved in the role.

Key Requirements for this Role

  1. Experience of dealing with complex diary management
  2. Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with others.
  3. Good communication skills.
  4. Knowledge of MS Office Applications including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Outlook.
  5. High level attention to detail
