Experienced Company Secretary (Financial Services)
The General Counsel of a mid-sized institutional investment management organisation is looking for an experienced company secretary. The role would involve working closely with the Legal team to provide governance support for the London headquartered company and group entities in the US, Singapore and Guernsey.
It is expected that the work will be equivalent to 2.5 days work per week. We are open minded as to where you would work from (although attendance in the central London office will be required from time to time) and we can accommodate flexible working hours.
The work would include usual cosec activities (e.g. organising board meetings, taking minutes, supporting the preparation of board reports and maintaining the books & records of the company) and will require you to be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Candidates with a professional qualification (e.g. ICSA, legal or similar) would be preferred and experience of working within a financial services company would be very helpful.
We believe this role would be suited to someone returning to the workplace after a period of time away from the day to day working environment or someone looking for a new challenge.
