This is an excellent opportunity for an candidate to join the Building Services team for 4 months. It will give the successful employee the opportunity to learn some new skills and work closely with the Building Services Manager. 

You will be provided with training and will be providing contract management support services to our electric, mechanical, and gas teams. As well as directly supporting with complaint handling. The Contract Coordinator also provide service to residents, contractors and actively supports other business areas within Maintenance and Operational Services and the wider organisation.

On a daily basis, you will be linked to a number of contracts and will be responsible for ensuring that works are completed, payments are processed, and key information is entered onto the relevant databases. Organisation and communication skills are a must and there needs to be a strong focus on attention to detail when logging information.

You will act as the first point of contact for contract queries, complaints and general enquiries relating to the work of Building Services.  Ensuring that information is current and available for inclusion into the key performance indicators. You will be accountable for driving up contract compliance levels with contractors and in house technical teams. 

Seamless Customer Service is essential in this role, with resident satisfaction and safety at the centre of everything that is done. You will take ownership and work with determination to deliver the best possible outcomes for our residents in a timely manner.

To be considered for this role candidates must display the following:
