Join our Risk Management group as a Training Coordinator. You’ll bring an eye for detail and a passion for training and content creation. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure in a challenging, fast paced role.
You will report to the Regional Lead – Risk Management Group Training EMEA, along with working with a global team where you will manage the development of specific content for risk training across the region. You will be responsible for the coordination of training needs analysis as well as the full utilisation of the global learning management systems. You will manage the production, maintenance, and execution of a regional training plan, along with writing and editing training materials, including online courses.
You are a highly organised individual with 3+ years’ experience in a similar corporate training role from an investment banking or financial services background and are looking to take the next step in your career. Your excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels will be essential to your success.

The Risk Management Group (RMG) is an independent and centralised function responsible for objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie’s material risks. RMG designs and oversees the implementation of the risk management framework. Its divisions include Credit, Market Risk, Regulatory Affairs and Aggregate Risk, Financial Crime Risk, Compliance, Operational Risk, Behavioural Risk, Enterprise Support and Internal Audit.
